Seen Heard & Known is a homeless ministry that was founded in July of 2021 when a group of Christians organized monthly street outreaches in the Raleigh-Durham area to share the love of God with people experiencing homelessness. The goal was to provide for the physical needs of those without a home and who are living on the streets.

Going out in pairs, the group would meet with homeless people right on the street and in tent camps, offering to buy food, clothing, and hotel shelter. The team would also offer messages of hope, prayer, and biblical counseling.

In December of 2022, Seen Heard & Known moved to a physical location inside of Pioneers Church in Durham, NC. Since then, a community of both the housed and unhoused has grown into a non-profit ministry where all of God’s people can break bread together at the table.  The community meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm for church service, dinner, and games with prizes.
